Ok...so it has been a while again...and with all that goes into life , I have lost track of the day to day happenings...so I'll just take you through the latest photos and explain along the way...
We begin with signs of Spring in Cygnet. The fruit picking backpackers have started to arrive in their droves...Here a group fill in their paperwork outside the Town Hall next door. Richard and Jan who run Cygnet Southern business take care of the payroll for the workers
Lucy sends through some delightful 'tasters' from her wedding photos...I catch up with the whole collection when in Sydney...just gorgeous...
The house...yes the house on the hill.
The paving is complete..Loki has done a fantastic job.
John has organised for his mate Tom the excavator driver to plonk some rocks near the house.
Impressive eh!!
This one is for my washing basket...on the eastern end of the house
Our new dam is slowly filling....slowly slowly....some rain would't go astray
All will be revealed come January...
Take a look at these stunning roses.. in my rose garden on the hill.
Always think of Ma when I see this 'Blue Moon'
House is looking good...
Still a fair bit of finishing off to do.
Unfortunately we had some issues with the original joiner and the internal fit-out is not complete.
The back-up joiner has suddenly ended up in hospital...an it seems his condition is worse than expected... so poor Paul is looking for joiner number 3 to step in to finish the job.
Needless to say...there will be some delay.
Not to worry...we are grateful to have our good health and will be content to wait...not much else we can do..
Lovely views..
So then....we dash up to Sydney to attend the beautiful wedding of Jacinta and Ben Cameron.
What an honour to be there to witness such a heartfelt ceremony of commitment to each other.
