The weeks flys by..

I must admit that I've lost track a bit of what week is what...Work has been constant and busy so the days just fly past...
Add on the happenings up on the hill...the installation of a new computer!!!aaaarrrgggg.....birthday festivities and the usual social groups to attend and it is action packed...
No wonder I am a bit weary this week..
Anyway...here we go with another mostly photographic blog..

So here is the beginning of the house framework...very exciting...

The view from loungeroom...

From guest/ sewing room..

Lovely to see Possum tree coming back to life..

John and I at the front door entrance..

Just Joey...the first Wattle Grove rose...beautiful

I enjoy choir as we begin preparing some Christmas repertoire..
Gabriel's message
Gaudete...with local flavoured verses..
My friend Thereza helps out with the whiteboard while we compose the verses.

Wednesday we meet Narns and Jark at  The Henry Jones to celebrate my birthday..
Fabulous meal...and so exciting to see where Jark chefs...

Tom enjoys taking some photos while we wait for the meal ...

 Some of the dishes...

A fantastic night..

Thursday was Knitwit  night.
Lyn came for the first time and showed us her gorgeous story blankets..

We met with Paul re house updates on Friday afternoon...moving forward..

Saturday we did went up on the hill early...but bailed out about 11 ish as it was too hot to work...
Spent time at home catching up on some washing etc and uploading docs back onto new computer...tedious!!,,,then the weather turned cooler, so we went back up on the hill.
Home for an easy dinner and Marx Bros film..Duck Soup....very silly..

Sunday the boys went down to Burton's reserve for the Open day events.
They helped the Scouts set up and run the Hurdy Gurdy and Flying Fox....a long day.
I went up on the hill and worked all day to complete the 450 metre possum fence...laying and attaching the skirt at ground level...hard work...phew!!

 But great view..

I go down to meet the boys at Burton's after 3pm...they are packing up..
We settle for a very easy dinner...that John makes a little less boring.. Skunky Monkey is impressed.

We have received a special invite to Bob Brown's 70th in Dec...will be fun
There is more to tell as I am quite behind in the news...but as it is Friday night and I'm pooped..I'll finish off with a delightful Ben moment...and continue later
