January delights (part 2)

On the Tuesday following the Festival, Jane and Ali arrived to take up residence in their new home in Gardners Bay (about 5 minute drive out of Cygnet)... SOOO exciting to have them here.

Tom, Narns and Jark went around to help them unpack their container and set up the basics.. By the time John and I got there after work..most of the unpacking was done...FABULOUS..

What a delightful house with a beautiful outlook...I hope they will be very very happy here.

Hannah went up to Launceston to pick up her new puppy on the weekend.. Nala is a cutie..

 Tom and I head up to Sydney a couple of days ahead of John...Bit of a contrast in weather..

 We make our way to Blacktown Station where Lucy meets us.
Bailey enjoys the book 'Waddle waddle quack quack quack'...was a favourite of Tom's and so John sourced a copy for Lucy.

 Just love cuddle time..

Even Tom has a cuddle..

We have lunch out with Jess and Lucy and Bailey...then go back to Kenthurst to spend time with Ben and Jacob after Day Care.

 Story Time

 Friday we do a bit of shopping and have lunch at Castle Towers...then head back to see Jess, Aaron and the boys..

 We get a ride to Round Corner, catch the bus to Pennant Hills and then the train to the city to get to our usual digs and wait for John to arrive..

Saturday morning..I just love to wander about before the city wakes up..

 WE have a room with a view this time...

 Off to breakie in the city...

 I leave the boys and get the bus out to Macquarie park to see my dear Pa..

 It's a lovely lovely visit. I do so value these short but sweet visits when I can give my dad a big hug and tell him I love him

 Back into town and I walk back to our accomodation...enjoying the sights..

All togged up for La Boheme... (even John packed some glad rags this time :)

 Just love this part of the evening...the walk...

Sunday morning stroll...

 We get the bus to Rozelle Markets...and enjoy breakie there before heading back to town to grab our bags and head to the airport... Thanks for another wonderful visit Sydney....
