Sunday began warm and clear..lovely walking to Martin's Point early morning.
The day just got hotter and hotter.
I went over to Ranelagh to the 9.30 Mass...for Staff and Board of St James Cygnet and Sacred Heart Geeveston and the usual parishioners.. a quaint little church...and lovely lively singing..
There was a picnic afterwards at Judbury...but I made my apologies as it is Huon Valley Scout Foundation fun day...at Egg and Bacon Bay..
John has taken Tom down at 10.30 and I join them there... It's good to find a shady spot..very hot in the sun. Tom has a terrific day of swimming and kayaking with his mates...
It was such a hot night..still 25 degrees at 9pm...
Monday was lovely and overcast ..but no rain...
We had a day of orders and customers...
Tom arrived in and we had our usual homework session before he and John took off to go down to Scouts.....DISASTER STRUCK...the poor boy tripped on the footpath as raced to the park..came down tooth first and snap!! Not to mention a decent graze on his knee..Poor darling.
We were all quite distressed for a while...however an iceblock and hugs settled Tom down.
Dental appointment arranged for 8am tomorrow.
Off to Huonville early...and Dr Chris is reasonably confident that there has not been major Nerve damage...but its a case of watch and wait to see if the tooth dies...
Meanwhile the repair job looks good. No eating of apples or carrots allowed though!!
He is soon into lego again...so feeling better..
We do some orders, serve a couple of customers and package up three new products..Yarrow Tea, Organic Psyllium Husks and Organic Slippery Elm..
The day passes quickly..
Lovely evening light and a gorgeous moon-rise...
It's a grey start on Wednesday...but promises to warm up..
Hannah comes down to do some washing....
John and I potter with orders and customers.
There are lots of people bringing their art works to the Town Hall for the "Watermark" exhibition.
I go over to school and walk Tom home so I can say goodbye ...as I head to Sydney tonight.. The boys will follow on Friday night. Thanks for the lift to the airport Narns...
Lovely to catch up with family and friends... (and see some rain!!)...
Thanks for the pre-theatre dinner voucher to Aria Jess, Aaron, Lucy,Paul and Hannah...REALLY SPECIAL...
Fabulous Opera...
After a weekend in the centre of town...we are very glad to get home to quiet Cygnet.
