New Year week..

We make an early start on Sunday heading north a bit after 4.30am..

John  happily drives while Tom and I snooze for a few hours.

We start harvesting at about 8ish after a breakie stop.

After a couple of hours picking...we decide we have enough..

We stop in at Latrobe and visit the crazy shop we saw last year..Tom loves the rock cave..

 John and I do a wander up the street...nice tree!!

 Lunch stop at Campbell Town..

 Coming through Town we spot the latest pop-up 'restaurant'.
Would hate to be up there when the wind picks up!!

We meet Narns and Jark in Hobart so Thomas can join them from a few days in town...he is very excited.

 First thing Monday we process the plant to make mother tincture

 Stunning colour..just love it...and a wonderful aroma too.

 The weather comes across mid morning...such dark menacing clouds
We actually have quite a thunder storm...followed by hail...very Sydney weather.
