We get on with or working week once the visitors have gone..orders to do and Hypericum to press
Hannah completes her last exam today..Yay!!
House progress...and the internal walls are being insulated and lined
The shed is also coming along..
My roses are looking spectacular!!... the Possum proof fence is holding its own at the moment
What a harvest..
Friday is an important day..
Lotus Eaters are open again...wonderful to see the beautiful women working valiantly with gentle smiles and love.
Beautiful soup..
John and I meet Paul and Rosalie on site to double check light fitting placement..
We do see an amazing house around the corner complete with it's own carriageway
We do the usual mad dash around town to pick up items we need...and even manage to chose tiles for the house without too much trauma..
I am just thinking about how nice it will be to get home and rest when Bec calls to ask if I will row with Cygnet Garden Larder in the Corporate race in the St Ayles Skiff Regatta this afternoon as Tanya has had to pull out suddenly...Of course I say!! I am excited to get the chance to row.
I get over to Franklin at 5pm in the hope I can have a row before the race to get a feel for it...
Unfortunaely that doesn't happen...but we manage anyway.. and win our heat!! Great fun
20th out of 30 boats...not bad for complete novices
Local fire crew
Light horsemen and nurses
The nurses dogs watch on..

The serious racing on Friday/Saturday/Sunday went really well by all accounts too.
Sunday morning I attend a Ta Ke Ti Na workshop..that has been organised by Cygnet Arts Council and is Free for Cygnet residents.. a fascinating, and challenging process
Like the bath spot!!
